From 17 to 21 June 2021, the company held a recertification audit of the integrated management system (QMS, EMS and SMOT) by the German certification body DQS represented by the Russian branch, which was completed with positive results. DQS is a transnational holding, which is now one of the three largest international certification bodies.
DQS auditors highlighted the observations below published in the news section of the DQS website (dqs-russia.ru):
“In the conditions of coronavirus, the Company has performed all contractual services. Letters of gratitude have been received for almost all marine geophysical services provided, including from the Ministry of Natural Resources, 4 employees were awarded the badge "Excellence in Subsoil Exploration". In 2020, a ballast water treatment unit was purchased and put into operation for the R/V Professor Ryabinkin. An observation map system has been introduced, and its application over the last 10 years has significantly reduced the number of accidents. In the last 4 years, there have been no industrial accidents. In order to involve the personnel of JSC "SEVMORNEFTEGEOFIZIKA" in the process of improving activities in the field of QHSE, the company operates a system of motivating internal QMS auditors who have shown high productivity and efficiency in audit activities. For vessel crew members, there is a system of incentives for crew members who have shown high activity in the observation chart system, aimed at identifying inconsistencies, risks and opportunities for improving the safety on board.
Based on the audit results, JSC "SEVMORNEFTEGEOFIZIKA" has received internationally recognized DQS certificates according to the standards ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 14001: 2015, ISO 45001: 2018. "
